We are looking for an SEO expert to assist in managing our WordPress clients. The candidate will collaborate with the SEO director to create, optimize, and manage organic marketing efforts. You should have a strong understanding of all SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies and Google algos.

This position will be a key role in the overall Search Engine Marketing program and requires strong analytic skills. It will focus on increasing our organic search engine visibility, driving visitors to the websites, generating new leads, tracking ROI/spend across multiple platforms. You should have a strong understanding of all Search Engine Optimization best practices such as SEO “friendly” site architecture, tags, coding, site speed optimization, link building, and more

We’re a rapidly growing marketing agency specializing in SEO for law firms and medical practices. We have helped hundreds of businesses use the internet to grow and are looking for an SEO specialist to work closely with our Head of SEO and Director of Account Management on executing the newest SEO strategies, whether it be on-page, off-page, content, and linking.

Your Responsibilities 
Will include but will not be limited to:

  • Performing full WordPress SEO website audits for our client websites, finding problems and implementing solutions under the supervision of the director.
  • Conducting thorough keyword research and prioritizing keywords using our best practices
  • Conducting site speed audits and optimizing sites with issues
  • be fluent in on page, off page and technical SEO
  • Monitor performance metrics/KPIs to understand SEO strategy performance
  • Conducting thorough keyword research and prioritizing keywords using our best practices
  • Conducting site speed audits and optimizing sites with issues
  • Creating 301 redirects, HTML / XML sitemaps, title tags, meta descriptions, Header tags, alt tags, etc.
  • Upgrading website code, servers, and other areas to increase site speed
  • Track & analyze website analytics utilizing Google Analytics & Tag Manager
  • Create reports and summaries for internal communications with recommendations for improvement
  • Monitor performance metrics/KPIs to understand SEO strategy performance

Your Qualifications:

  • A complete Understanding of WordPress is REQUIRED. (3-5 years WordPress experience)
  • 3-5 years SEO experience REQUIRED in digital marketing or related role surrounding SEO
  • Knowledge in web tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMRush, ahrefs, MOZ, Screaming Frog, Spyfu, GMB, LightHouse, GTMetrix. Google Mobile Tools and others industry tools
  • Knowledge of SEO keywords
  • Ability to use 301 redirects, intrasite linking, manipulate footers, insert maps
  • Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis
